Dr Wassim Taktouk has been one of the leading figures in UK aesthetic medicine for over a decade, recognised as much for his media authority as for his clinical results. Background

Dr Wassim qualified from St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London School of Medicine and is a member of The British College of Aesthetic Medicine. He was the resident doctor at Harvey Nichols, The Rita Rakus Clinic, and Teresa Tarmey Skincare’s London flagship in Belgravia, before opening Taktouk Clinic on Sloane Street, London.

In 2022, Dr Wassim was named Global KOL (Key Opinion Leader) for Teoxane, one of the world’s leading dermal filler companies, a role in which he lectures and mentors medical professionals internationally. In 2023, he was named Global KOL for Skinceuticals, one of the world’s leading skincare companies.

Recognition

Dr Wassim is widely regarded as the industry’s go-to expert, with regular features in ELLE, Hello!, Harper’s Bazaar, ES, Glamour, Sheerluxe, Tatler and The Guardian. He appeared in the BBC documentary The Truth About Cosmetic Treatments, and has been named one of London’s Top Doctors for injectables in the Tatler Beauty & Cosmetic Surgery Guide five years running.
